See Our Baby (UpfrontOps LLC) sells digital, AI-generated images and videos that are created on demand and delivered instantly after payment. We would rather refund you than leave you unhappy, so we put the refund button right in your hands.
Refund yourself instantly at the reveal
If you are not happy when your results appear, you can refund yourself instantly, right on your results screen, within 24 hours of purchase. No email needed, no questions asked. When you choose the refund, we remove your generated photos and video and send the money back to your card.
Add-ons are refunded together
If you bought any add-ons with your order, they are refunded together with the main purchase as one total. You do not have to ask for them separately.
If your images don't generate, we make it right
After the 24-hour self-serve window, or if anything went wrong, email support@seeourbaby.com within 14 days of your purchase. If you never got your results or hit a technical failure, we will re-run the generation at no cost or issue a full refund. We respond within 2 business days.
When the money lands
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, they typically appear in 5 to 10 business days (that timing is set by Stripe and your bank, not by us).
Faster than a bank dispute
The instant refund button is quicker than opening a dispute with your bank. If anything is wrong with your order, we would rather refund you instantly than have you wait on a chargeback, so please use the button or email us first and we will sort it out.
